Cajun Rub for Shrimp
Yield: 1/3 cup
Ingredients
| 3 | tablespoons | Paprika | |

| 1 | teaspoon | Cumin | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | teaspoon | Allspice | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | Salt | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | light brown sugar | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
To use, sprinkle on shrimp to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to overnight, to blend flavors. Prepare shrimp as desired. This may also be used for chicken.
