Marinated Steak Italiano
Yield: About 6 servings
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 | to 3 lbs. | London broil or chuck steak | |

| 1/2 | cup | Italian Dressing | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
In large baking dish, place meat and cover with Italian Dressing. Marinate, turning occasionally for about 3 hours. Broil steak, preferably over charcoal, turning once.
Variation: Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup brown sugar to Italian Dressing before marinating.
